The Tina might just be the most fabulous fixture of all. Three tiers of flounces encircling a frosted bulb make for one frilly, flirty flower that can be used two ways...either as a ceiling light or wall sconce. Fashioned and finished from hand cut tin, non VOC paint and a poly topper. Talk about a twofer!
