Wholesale Pricing Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is subject to approval and is extended to brick and mortar storefronts only. Storefronts must have daily open hours for walk-in traffic, with stock available for customers to purchase off of the sales floor. To apply, please click on "Trade Application" at the bottom of our homepage and complete the form. We require images of the storefront and a copy of your state Sales Tax & Use (resale) certificate in order to set up a wholesale account. Resale certificates may be uploaded when you register on our website, or emailed to email@example.com.
Opening Orders (Wholesale Accounts)
We require a $2500 minimum opening order for wholesale pricing.
Re-orders (Wholesale Accounts)
We require $500 minimum reorders to qualify for wholesale pricing. Reorders under $500 will be filled at Designer pricing.
Purchase Requirements (Wholesale Accounts)
In order to maintain wholesale account standing, a minimum of $2500 in total orders must be placed within any consecutive 12-month period. Accounts that do not maintain this purchase level will be required to make another $2500 stocking order to be eligible for wholesale pricing.
Placing Trade Orders
Orders may be placed through our website. Emailed orders will receive a 3% fee unless it is a custom design. Email orders to firstname.lastname@example.org
Selling & Marketing Restrictions
Use of our images on any website without prior written consent is not allowed. No trade customer may sell Stray Dog Designs products on any website without prior consent, in the form of a written agreement.
Payment for trade orders is charged at the time the order is placed.
Prepayment in full is required for custom orders. Custom orders take longer than regular orders depending on the order and on our volume of activity at the time the order is placed. Please inquire about timing for each custom order when it is placed. Custom orders may not be returned.
Back orders will be shipped as ready unless cancelled prior to packing. Back orders will be shipped on the same terms as the original order.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Authorization is required on all returns or exchanges. There is a 20% restock fee on returned merchandise with return authorization. Shipping charges and drop ship fees are non-refundable, and customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Authorized returns must be posted to us within 30 days of original order delivery date. Authorized returns arriving damaged due to poor packing will not be credited to the return customer’s account. No unauthorized invoice deductions are allowed.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Stray Dog Designs should be notified of any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted. Do not sign for merchandise that is visibly damaged. Obviously damaged shipments should be refused.
Our customers are responsible for paying all freight charges. Shipping charges are $12.95 on orders below $300 for all UPS Ground orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states, unless otherwise specified. Shipping is FREE for all UPS Ground shipments over $300. We will provide freight quotes for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at time of order. Most trade orders ship 3-6 weeks from order processing, with the majority of orders shipping approximately 4-5 weeks from order processing. Please allow additional time for large orders and custom orders.
Drop Ship – Wholesale Customers
We will drop ship orders for store owners from time to time, but not on a routine basis. Wholesale orders that are drop shipped will incur a $15.00 drop ship fee. We do not accept returns on drop ship orders.
Truck delivery is required for large orders and some large and/or fragile items. This is dock to dock delivery. Lift gate services and inside delivery are not included. Residential delivery can be arranged, but it is costly! There is a $99 surcharge on all Freight orders.
Returned check fee: $35.00
