Do you want to be part of the Stray Dog Crew? We are looking for a customer service and office manager with light bookkeeping duties. Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Shopify a plus. You will be the point person for all things customer service, from phone to email communications. You will need to be very organized, quickly get to know the line throughly and be charming and personable on the telephone. Job is full time and based in Chattanooga, TN. Customer Service: This person will be in charge of all things customer service from answering the phone and emails to putting claims and orders into Shopify. 

  • Answer customer service emails
  • Answer telephone
  • Oversee orders on Shopify
  • Keep track of claims
  • Verify customer trade applications applications & send notices
  • Send updates on orders 
  • Input freight tracking numbers

Light Bookkeeping:

  • Make sure orders ‘drop’ into Quickbooks correctly
  • Tag orders in Shopify and Quickbooks
  • Enter bills
  • Pay bills
  • Pay taxes on the 15th
  • Reconcile each month (Quickbooks, Amex, Paypal, Shopify)

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Must be familiar with Quickbooks or other accounting software
  • Familiar with Google Suite
  • A plus if familiar with Shopify or other online selling platform. 
  • Organized and focused. 
  • Excellent computer/Microsoft Excel skills
  • Charming/personable with customers
