Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Because orders are handmade and painted to order, our normal ship time is 3-4 weeks. In the event of a backorder, your shipping invoice will reflect which items are pending and when they will be available to ship.

Except where noted, our products ship via Fedex Ground within the continental US. Most Fedex Ground items arrive within 5-7 days.

We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii, and internationally to Canada and Mexico, but we ask that you call or email our office for further details regarding these areas. You can reach our customer service at support@straydogdesigns.com or 866-478-7297

Sorry, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

 

WHOLESALE AND DESIGNER SHIPPING POLICIES

Our items are made to order or painted to order, and depending, usually ship in 4 weeks from Laredo, TX. If you require a more specific range of time, just give us a call or send us an email: 866-478-7297 or support@straydogdesigns.com We are in the office from 10-4, Monday-Friday.

We do a flat ground package shipping rate of 18% of total. We do not make money on shipping: our goal is simply to recoup the costs. LTL and Freight packaging runs at 18% or actual freight amount if greater. If you have any questions about how we charge for freight, please let us know, we are available to discuss.

A tracking number is sent with your invoice after your shipment has left our dock.

 

RETURNS

At Stray Dog Designs, we are proud of what we do and we want you to proudly show your colors too. If for any reason you, our retail customer (trade customers will need to look at their policies on their side of the website), are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we'll take it back.

Why 30 days? Because not every stray dog and new owner are a match at first. Sometimes you have to live together a bit to get to know each other. For example, when we paint a room a new color, we always start with just one coat of paint. Then we keep walking back into the room to see if it's right under different light -- to see if anything changed. If it is right, then we put on the second coat. If it's not right, we switch to another color. Life can be like that sometimes.

But in this case, you gotta keep the original packaging...

Simply follow the instructions on the packing slip, and return the item to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs coming back to us.

IF the item is damaged, kindly send photos to support@straydogdesigns.com and someone will get back to you. Because of the nature of our product, many damage issues can easily be attended to with a simple repair kit.

Items returned without Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Only regular priced items maybe returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Stray Dog Designs is not responsible for damages caused during or due to improper installation. INSPECT your fixtures before hanging: Stray Dog Designs will not be responsible for damages reported after installation.

Stray Dog Designs warrants its products for one year against defects in materials and workmanship.
